    If a potato and a tomato cost 1,10 euros and the potato costs 1 euro more than the tomato then how much does the tomato cost?

    Hey InAReverseFlash,

    You can't,
    You don't have the price of the tomatos.
    Only of them both together.
    Hahah fun quiz thingie.

    I would say 5 cents because
    Potato= 1.5 €
    Tomato= 0.5€

    If the tomato cost 10 cents and the potato costs $1.00 more than the tomato, then the potato would cost $1.10 for a grand total of $1.20. The correct answer to this problem is that the tomato costs 5 cents and the potato costs — at a dollar more — $1.05 for a grand total of $1.10.
